Rosemary Oil
Though commonly used in food, rosemary is one of the most popular aromatic and medicinal plants worldwide. Rosemary extract is used as a highly efficient preservatives and anti-oxidant in food uses. It reduces scalp itching and is reported to improve hair thickness, and is used as a common hair regrowth remedy. It is commonly added to massage oil blends to increase circulation, eases discomfort and also useful as a bug repellant.

Diffuse 2 to 3 drops per 100ml of water. Topical - Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier oil.
