    Coconut Milk is a crucial ingredient in South East Asian Cooking. It is used in savoury foods (such as laksa, nasi lemak) and sweet treats (such as ondeh ondeh, kueh salat, lapis sagu)

    Our flavours are fragrant, high in concentration and perform the best in low dosages. We use flavouring because actual ingredients just does not provide that kind of aroma. Flavouring does not replace real ingredients, a little bit makes a difference, a little bit enhances your entire product, a little bit adds an oomph.

    Dosage recommendation: Dosage: 0.1 - 0.15% (by calculation)
